‘Aída y vuelta’ follows the production of an episode, weaving together two narrative threads: the fictional storylines of the characters in ‘Aída’ and the real-life interactions among the actors themselves. These parallel narratives spark thoughtful reflections on themes such as the boundaries of humor, the craft of comedy, and the nature of fame.

The screenplay for the feature film, penned by series writers Paco León and Fer Pérez, features an ensemble of 96 characters, led by a principal cast that includes Carmen Machi, Paco León, Miren Ibarguren, Mariano Peña, Eduardo Casanova, Pepe Viyuela, Melani Olivares, Canco Rodríguez, Secun de la Rosa, David Castillo, Marisol Ayuso, Pepa Rus, Óscar Reyes and Adrián Gordillo.

Laura Fernández Espeso and Javier Méndez are the producers for Globomedia (THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO), and Ghislain Barrois and Álvaro Augustin produce for Telecinco Cinema.

‘Aída y Vuelta’ is a Globomedia (THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO) and Telecinco Cinema coproduction, in association with Mediaset España, Mediterráneo Mediaset España Group and Prime Video, where it will stream after opening in theaters. Sony Pictures Entertainment Iberia in charge of the film’s theatrical distribution.

‘Aída y vuelta’ was shot across various locations in central Madrid, as well as on the original set of the series at Globomedia (THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO).
